The Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Ecomuseum Zoo is calling all would-be animal keepers to participate in a one day program taking place this Saturday starting at 9:00 a.m.
The Animal Care Apprentice program, often offered to older children, will be open to adults only this weekend. During the day, adults will work with Ecomuseum zoologists to prepare meals and feed some animals. They will also invent and build toys for the animals, dissect a raptor pellet and get close enough to pet a few of the tamer animals.
To reserve a space (required) in the Animal Care Apprentice Adults program, call 514 457-9449. The Ecomuseum Zoo is situated at 21125, chemin Sainte-Marie in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. For information about the zoo, go to www.zooenville.ca.
