Local Artists at Maison Trestler

For those with a hankering for local art, a visit to La Maison Trestler in Vaudreuil-Dorion is a must. Starting Thursday January 17 and running through Sunday February 24, 60 artists will be featured in Entre-Nous - an exposition comprising a variety of art forms including oil and waterpainting, sculpture, woodworking and other artforms.

While you're there, check out the heritage home's permanent exhibition which offers a look back in time to the lives of the 18th century merchant, his family and the subsequent inhabitants of the house. Evocative paintings by reknowned Quebec artist Frédéric Bach depicted images of yesteryear.
