The City of St. Lazare has emitted a list of regulations regarding the use of ATVs and snowmobiles. Bylaw No. 637 stipulates the following: the circulation and parking of these vehicules is strictly forbidden in public places including streets, parks, public places, and recreational trails excluding those designated for this sport. Infractions of the regulations are subject to fines starting at $100 plus administrative costs of $38.00. Each infraction represents a separate fine for each section of the By-Law.
