Artistic debut

Works of art by renowned St. Lazare artist Madeleine Turgeon were debuted for the first time in Quebec last weekend at Galerie Pierre Séguin, in Ile Perrot.

More than 30 of Turgeon’s works will be on display at the well-known gallery until May 11.

Turgeon, who is active in promoting art in the region, says much of her art is inspired by nature and by her travels which have taken her to places such as Europe and New Zealand.
